Health justice is the fair and just opportunity for all people to achieve their highest level of health, regardless of their social, economic, or geographical status.

The largest barrier to achieving health justice in West Virginia is access - access to healthcare, access to education, access to a living wage, access to food, and access to safe environments.

We can work together to ensure that everyone has access to the resources and services needed to maintain their health. We can also work together to recognize and address factors such as poverty, education, employment, and access to healthcare that contribute to health injustices.
